CAN I PURCHASE AN ITEM ONLINE AND PICK IT UP AT THE STORE?
Our store only sells on site to customers at our location.

Customers may call 918-888-TAPS to check availability of a part, make a special order or even have a part set aside over the phone to pick up later at the store.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unopened and uninstalled items may be returned with receipt up to 15 days after purchase for a full refund.
Some special order items may be returned within 15 days of purchase with a charge of 20% of the cost or the part. Restrictions may apply, please consult with our associates.

Parts that have been installed may not be returned.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY SERVICE?
We offer delivery for appliances bought in our store for purchases with a value of $100.00 or more.
All deliveries within a 10 mile radius from our store are $20.00
If you are needing delivery to a location outside of the 10 mile radius from our store please check with our associates by calling 918-888-TAPS or in store at the time of purchase for a price quote. Prices of delivery are determined based on the distance from our store.
